I am a musician/songwriter from Sugar Land, TX. The genre of music I play is generally referred to as, "rock and roll," albeit a lighter, somewhat 30-something version of it. I generally play acoustic guitar and piano when I perform. This is less a preference than a financial necessity. I have a variety of talented folks that I play with, largely in the Dallas and Houston area. They are also my friends. Most shows outside of the Texas/Louisiana area, I play solo. This may change with time, though.

Currently, I am promoting my EP, "Shout Fire," which was released in April. It is the follow up to my 2009 album, "Better By Design." I recorded it in Los Angeles, with my older brother, Bill, at Death Star Studios. My goal at this point is for everyone, who has not heard my EP, to hear it. Please do. I don't care how. The money way works best for me, as I am qualified for little else, other than being a musician. You can check my blog for details.

Since 2002, I have been the guitarist for a band called, Dashboard Confessional. We play less frequently now than we did in say, 2003. But, perhaps that, too, will change with time.
